WOMEN FROM ABROAD

This field of activity, addresses women working in Germany or currently arranging and establishing their life in Germany. My approach is: Power develops out of the roots. Being a foreigner, having success in Germany and at the same time feeling good and understood. Thus successful men and women from abroad represent a big benefit for Germany.

The following questions may be essential:

  • What do I have to learn when I want to work with success in Germany?
  • In which respect do my culture, my thinking and my way of life differ
    from those of German people?
  • Why does my colleague not at all understand me?
  • How do identity problems and way of life differences influence cultural integration?
